Duval Party Officers REC Chairwoman Karyn Morton Karyn Morton has over 25 years in grassroots experience and demonstrated leadership in both business and politics. Mrs. Morton is dedicated to working with our candidates, volunteers, community organizations and the general public to build the Republican brand, to bolster voter registration and turnout and to get Republicans elected. Mrs. Morton previously served as State Committeewoman and Vice Chairman of the Republican Party of Duval County. REC VIce Chairman Todd Nichols Todd Nichols is a 20-year Navy veteran who also served as a worship pastor for 13 years and at Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville for 10 years. He has a Business Management Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix. He has been married to his wife Kerri for 29 years and has two grown children. Secretary John Craft John is a 25 year Navy Veteran, retiring as a Master Chief Electronics Technician. He then completed a 20 year career with the Duval County Public Schools in the Electronics Maintenance Department. John and his wife Kimberly have been married over 45 years and residents of Duval County over 38 years. He is a member of the Florida Society of the Sons of the American Revolution, The American Legion and the Scottish Rite. He is the Vice Chairman for Enlisted Affairs of the First Coast Commandery of the Naval Order of the United States, and is an appointed officer of Ribault Masonic Lodge in Jacksonville Beach. Treasurer Vic Cirillo Vic and his Wife of 33 years, Geri Cirillo, have resided in Jacksonville since 1992. They have three daughters. Vic is a past treasurer of the First Coast Tea Party and currently serves as Treasurer of both Greater Arlington Republican Club and The Knights of Columbus, Bishop Kenny Council, who have been “ Quiet givers of Charity” to the Jacksonville Community since 1919. Second Vice-Chairman Alexander Pantinakis Prior to his appointment as Second Vice-Chairman and Special Advisor to the Chairman in 2016, Alexander Pantinakis has served the Republican Party in various leadership capacities. His prior roles have included serving as Duval County’s elected State Committeeman, an Alternate Delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention, President of the Greater Arlington Republican Club, REC Treasurer, and the Chair of the REC Communications Committee. A lifelong Jacksonville resident, Pantinakis is a passionate community advocate with years of involvement with various organizations, committees, and non-profits. He currently serves on the board or as a member of the Friends of the St. Johns River Ferry, Emergency Pregnancy Services (pro-life nonprofit), Sheriff’s Watch (formerly SHADCO), and was appointed by Sheriff Mike Williams to serve on the Sheriff’s Strategic Initiative as the Subcommittee Chair on Public Records and Information. Parliamentarian Louis William Rose Louis William Rose is a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians, he lectures on the subject of parliamentary procedure and political process. He serves as parliamentarian for various organizations. A political philosopher, poet, singer, and writer, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Florida, graduating summa cum laude in 2004. Mr. Rose is an outspoken supporter of the basic rights of man, especially freedom of speech, association, religion, individual rights to personal defense and property, and of republican, constitutional forms of government. He is married to the lovely Jamy Sue Rose, an award winning nature photographer, a Florida Master Naturalist and guide. He has two sons, Edward, presently in college, and Alexander, a successful real estate professional here in Jacksonville. IT Director Joe Zimmerman Joe joined on providing IT services to the Republican Party of Duval County through his company The Zimmerman Group in 2017. Previously, Joe had served as Constituent Liaison to State Representative Janet Adkins in House District 11, has served as campaign manager for local races in Nassau County and assisted with the digital profile of many former and current elected officials in both Nassau and Duval counties. Before his time in Northeast Florida, Joe interned with Congressman Gus Bilirakis, and graduated with a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Central Florida. Joe previously served as president of the Nassau County Next Generation Republican Club, Chair of the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office Citizen’s Advisory Team, served on several non-profit boards and was nominated by former Congressman Ander Crenshaw to the American Council of Young Political Leaders.
